- How soon will my order ship after I have placed it?
All premade orders will ship out the following business day, unless it is a holiday. If your order is place on a holiday (Christmas/New Years, etc.), the order will ship the next business day.
- Can I request a custom-made tote bag?
Of course! All custom orders will take 2-3 weeks handling time. You can customize any handbag that is available in the shop. Custom Orders are charged an extra $10 on top of the cost of the item.
- Do you have shipping upgrades?
Yes! Select the shipping option that works best for you at checkout.
- Returns/Refunds and Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are being processed. Returns and refunds are accepted if the item is returned prior to 30 days from order being shipped. Refunds will be according to the condition of the item if returned.
Custom Orders CANNOT be returned but can be cancelled depending the stage of production.
- Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned for a refund or store credit.
- You may choose between a refund or a store credit.
